Governing law
The Terms are governed by and construed by French law. Therefore, any disputes arising under this Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
Dataiso is a company delivering services globally. As a result, we are committed to complying with all applicable data protection regulations, including the French Data Protection Act, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).
